Tip of the week: Focus on proper hydration during long-distance runs to maintain peak performance. Maintaining proper hydration has numerous performance and important health benefits. Consider drinks with electrolytes (in addition to water) to ensure you're replacing essential nutrients lost through perspiration during your runs.
