Hey there! I’m Houston and I’m writing a test post for Assignment 8 of the INFOST 676X course as an author user of my WordPress site. For some background, I’ve been using (and administering) WordPress sites for around 15 years. Back in the day I used to manually set up servers and databases, install WordPress and build out sites, handle user registration and SSO, and a ton of other fun stuff. I even ran a WP Multi-site installation for the Virginia Tech School of Public and International Affairs for around 50 faculty and staff for several years. It was definitely an experience!
